How do I return an purchase?
We hope you love your new Susie Liu products as much as we loved creating them for you. We do understand however that sometimes things don't go to plan. If something isn't quite right with your online order and you meet the terms of our 14 days returns policy, please contact us by email(susie@susieliu.com.au) and we will get it sorted for you.
In the email, please kindly state:
Order number, your name, and if you would like to get the item exchange or refund.

How long do I have to return my item?
All of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. All products return should be in brand new condition, with tags.
Please note that the cost to return items is at customers expense. If an exchange is requested, Susie Liu will cover the cost of the exchange style to be posted to you.
